I can't begin to recount the boundless incompetence of the CityBell people -- both in Cincinnati and their offshore call centers. Nobody knows how to solve a problem, they all just read off a card, the system to verify your account is often incorrect and onerous.
If the senior executives would be locked in a padded room for a day and forced to make calls to their own customer service numbers, maybe they would appreciate the mayhem they have created for their customers. Then again, probably not.
Please sell this company to a competent buyer who understands customer service ethos and systems. We are miserable out here.
