So my cousin cancelled her Fioptics triple play service three weeks ago due to slow internet, a lot of outages, freezing cable channels, dvr not working right, bill going up, foreign customer service, the usual Cincinnati Bell issues. Well a few days ago, a manager who actually spoke English had the audacity to call and lie to her and try to get her back as a customer.

He said that all of the problems with the equipment, slow internet, and outages, and freezing problems were fixed. Ha! Umm, look at all the complaints on here and on their facebook and twitter pages. Nothing has been fixed!

Its the same garbage service from the same pi*s poor company. In fact, the complaints have gotten worse. So, he flat out lied to her. I couldnt believe this.

Whatever you do, do not trust Cincinnati Bell. They cant do anything right and can never provide good, reliable service.
