Happened the week of April 23, 2018. Trying to switch my service from Spectrum to Cicinnati Bell Service. Call center service (out of state, country ?) that seemed not to know anything about what I wanted. A switch should be an easy transaction not a blood pressure raising one ! NO CINCINNATI BELL !!
