Cincinnati Bell - Nothing good about Cincy Bell
Here are your poor choices for cable and internet if you live in the Cincinnati area-Spectrum-higher prices but excellent and dependable services that rarely go out. Cincinnati Bell-lower prices and good bundle deals but frequent problems and outages, cable that freezes up and good channels get taken away, slow internet, foreign customer service. Pick your poison ugh!
Cincinnati Bell - Find another internet provider!
Kind of expensive for Fioptics, but i am being charged double for slow 5mbps Zoomtown service for business. They don't offer Fioptics at the business park my company is located at. Awful customer service over their fault billing issue!
