Yet another day with Cincinnati Bell no-fioptics. Your service is absolutely horrible and unreliable.

Your cable and internet are constantly going out or there is some issue with them. I pay over $125 a month for this B.S. Cable channels are always freezing or pixelating or they dont work at all. Internet randomly goes out during evening hours.

Weather affects the service. Speeds are always slower than what I pay for. The PUCO and BBB need to investigate what is going on down there. Your tech and customer service people dont even speak English you can understand.
