Cincinnati Bell is a horrible company. They can't provide reliable and stable Internet or cable service. Then, they take away good channels like Ion, Big 10 Network and WGN America. Calling their customer service or tech support does no good. Not one of them speak good English and nothing ever gets resolved. Whatever you do, find a different provider-this service you get from Bell is horrible. .

I do not know how Cincinnati Bell is still in business with the horrible and foreign customer and technical support they always have, the upgrades that never work right, techs that never show up on time, internet that always drops out and is slower than usual, cable that never ever works right and goes out frequently, streaming video that is never smooth, dvr boxes that won't work right, etc. I could go on. Ive had problems with it since it was installed and have wasted my time taking off work to have 6 technicians total come to my house and the problems are still occurring. Cincinnati Bell is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Their operations are horrible, customer service is non-existent and product value keeps tanking every month while prices keep going up. You guys have the absolute worst internet and cable service around. They just "upgraded" my fioptics cable interface and its now worse than it was before if you can imagine that. They took away iheart radio which I liked to listen to. Now, even more channels freeze up at random, the widgets for weather, picasa and twitter don't even work, my dvr skips really bad, the menu is slow to load, and changing channels is problematic.
