We were so excited when fioptics rolled out in our neighborhood. Lightning fast speed and great prices.

It took 6 hours after the installation for the disappointment to set in. Inconsistent speeds, horrible customer service, surprise fees and the service just plain not working are everyday issues. We have had technicians out 36 times in 2 years... 36 TIMES!

We have had a full reinstall performed 6 times. We are supposed to receive 100mbps download speeds and have to settle for 3mbps (that's not a typo) they refuse to help over the phone, until you try to cancel that is and even then they just offer discounts. Discounts on a service that doesn't work does not help anyone. This is theft!

Plain and simple. You paid them and they did not offer the service they agreed to offer. If you are thinking of going with them, don't. I can show you all the screenshots of my speedtests.

I switched to their competitor and could not be happier. Just go elsewhere or have plenty of aspirin and good 4g.

The cable service is just as bad as the internet service. The DVR boxes and channels are always freezing up.

It's really annoying especially when I am in the middle of watching a show or movie. The picture pixelates and is not very sharp or clear like they advertise. The sound never matches what is on the screen. Weather affects the service to.

Cincinnati Bell use to offer good copper-based phone service but now if the power goes out, you can't even use their home phone service. That was a downgrade when they got rid of their reliable copper lines.
