As you can see a lot of people have major issues with Cincinnati Bell's internet and cable tv including myself. I am done for good with Cincinnati Bell.

Whatever you do, don't waste your money on them. They never fix the problems that they are more than aware of. Spectrum is so much better and cheaper. If you like unreliable cable that always goes down, freezes up, poor channel selection, boxes that never work right, foreign customer service, slow internet, non-consistent speeds, outages, etc.

Go with Bell.

Thats the kind of garbage service they provide. They are a joke of a company anymore.

If network performance is your number one concern, you better start fixing the on going issues with the cable and internet. Cincinnati Bell has a ton of network performance issues everyday and they are well-known.

Slow internet, freezing cable channels, boxes that don't work, etc. That's why I am telling all my friends and family not to get your services.

They never work right, they are very unreliable, customer service is all foreign and poor, there are frequent outages, etc. Fioptics is a huge let-down time and time again.

We are constantly monitoring to prevent outages and reduce service interruption. Additionally, customer experience is another concern of our. We have made strong efforts to build our Hamilton, Ohio call center. In fact, we have over 100+ agents working here and growing.

One of the new training developments we are working on is training our agents to assist with all your concerns including setup, billing and technical support. The goal is for one contact resolution with less transfers. I am sorry for the frustration with service.

Well the places in the Philippines or wherever they are need to be shut down immediately. They are useless.

You cant understand a word they say, there is a lot of background noise, they are rude and unhelpful, and they hang up on you. Is that the kind of customer service you want to provide?

Cincinnati Bell use to be good but now you provide lousy and unreliable cable and internet service with high prices. Not worth the hassle.

I agree-the company as a whole and service you provide is subpar at best and never improves.
